If your Chromebook won't turn on...

If your Chromebook won't turn on, try a hard reset by holding the power button and refresh key (usually the one with a circular arrow) for a few seconds. 

If that doesn't work, disconnect the charger and peripherals, hold the power button for 15-30 seconds, then reconnect the charger and try again.
