My feedback on first time cruise trip with NCL

 

Ricardo at the guest service desk was very helpful. I missed my train ride excursion in the morning at Skagway. He helped get me in the late afternoon group for the same excursion! 

Johnny, the host for solo travelers' meetup activities at the studio lounge, was also great. He did his best to make us solo cruisers feel welcomed and seen :)

Two things I'm not very thrilled about:

1) I received the disembarkation notice letter two days prior to the actual disembarkation day. It killed the vacation mood too early!

2) The time at Victoria, Canada was not ideal. It's too dark to see anything at night. Please see if NCL can provide cruisers better hours to visit Victoria, Canada.

Overall, I'm happy with my first time cruise trip with NCL.
